Uncluttering the Chaos: New Orlean Free Academy (N.O.F.A.) is like the "Little Engine that Could." We are a small school (just under 200 students), with big dreams for our school. We want all of our students to achieve success in their academic and social lives. We hope to improve their scores  and their self-concept. The learning environment they are faced with on a daily basis is grim. Windows are broken, rooms are not adequatley cooled or heated, supplies are in demand (from textbooks to pencils to technology). Our washrooms are a mess; our cafeteria is bland looking. The school simply looks old and worn, and not very child friendly. We are in desperate need of help to clean up and create an inviting, safe atmosphere.
