Project participation fees are based upon the number of volunteers from your company and range from $7,000 for a team of 50 to over $25,000 for a team of 250+. This investment helps us make a difference in the lives of thousands of individuals, meet crucial community needs, cover project expenses, and generate local media and visibility about your project. Chicago P.E.A.C.E Center
Corporate Month of Service volunteers will join forces with young volunteers from Chicago's Englewood neighborhood to transform the environment of an important local youth center.
Located on Chicago's sowthwest side, the Englewood neighborhood is one of the city's most under resourced communities with nearly 43% of residents living below the poverty level.
The P.E.A.C.E (People Educating Against Crime in Englewood) Center was created in 1991 to provide a place for young people ages 8-18 to participate in after school activities that discourage crime and drug abuse. The center creates a loving, family-like environment for kids to receive tutoring and homework help, as well as healthy meals, groceries and nutritional education.
