Join us for another great event at beautiful Mill Creek Regional Park! Check in starts at 8am, and the walk begins at 9am. There will be a Health & Fitness Festival with free screenings, literature, and experts you can talk to about nutrition, exercise and diabetes in general. Volunteers will help to stuff 400 packets with goodies from local supporting business for participants of the walk and provide other indirect support for the upcoming walk.
