CharlotTEEN is an exciting program being offered by Hands On Charlotte for students in the Charlotte/Mecklenburg community. We provide a continuous variety of interesting, structured, accessible, and youth specific service projects for student participation.

Ongoing and Upcoming Projects - Get Engaged in Our Community

-The first Saturday of the month we are at Crisis Assistance Ministries sorting donated clothing.
-The second Saturday we work with the athletes in the Special Rollers Bowling League.
-The third Saturday is a park beautification day hosted by Mecklenburg Parks & Recreation.
-Every other Tuesday after school we will be at Jacob’s Ladder helping clients
improve computer skills and submit online job applications.
-Every Monday and Thursday we will be tutoring elementary school students in an
after school program hosted by Seigle Avenue Partners.
-We have a new project at Hemby Chidren's Hospital to do arts and crafts with young patients. May 12th.
-We have also added a project at Elizabeth Place nursing home to visit residents and brighten their days with smiles. May 23rd.
