As we commemorate the 40th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr. Day we will be celebrating 40 days of non-violence. We are asking the Reno/ Sparks community to come together and assist with hygiene products to benefit clients in our local domestic violence safe havens and shelters. Much of the time food, shelter, and clothing might easily be provided; however, basic toiletries are often difficult to obtain.
Suggested items are soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, dental floss, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, first aid items, combs, brushes, hair bands, hair clips, feminine hygiene equipment, deodorant, cotton swabs, razors, shaving cream, etc.
Please help us as together we make a positive change in the lives of those affected by violence.
